What Tutors Will Do
Support learning with structure and care
- Support children from Year 1 to Year 6.
- Help with Maths, English, SATs, and 11+ preparation where suitable.
- Assign or support structured homework.
- Review student progress and identify learning gaps.
- Provide friendly, patient, and reliable online support.
- Communicate professionally with the Out of School team.
- Follow safeguarding and privacy expectations.
Tutor Requirements
What applicants should be ready for
- Good knowledge of primary learning for Years 1 to 6.
- Ability to support Maths and/or English.
- SATs or 11+ experience is helpful but not compulsory.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable availability.
- Comfortable using online learning tools.
- Right to work in the UK where applicable.
- DBS status or willingness to complete safeguarding checks if required.
- References may be requested.
- Agreement to safeguarding, privacy, and professional standards.
